I drink a packet every day mixed with 32oz of water in my Nalgene. It’s a great way to get me to drink more water without having the extra sugar, salt or preservatives in other drinks! And I guess it’s keeping me healthy?!

The product was flavorful, but the fine powder, even with a hand blender, made it clumpy, with floaters. The staff was aware, and sent me a hand blender. Just didn’t work for me.
