I wanted to try a different hydration packet (after using Liquid IV for awhile). This Guava Fresca flavor did not disappoint! I suggest using a bottle you can shake to dissolve it quicker so you’re not carrying around the mixer but otherwise it has great flavor and I find myself staying much more hydrated because of it!

I purchased because I am currently pregnant and in need of extra hydration support, but my husband has been enjoying these packets just as much. Our two year old loves the taste as well! I've noticed it really helping with headaches that came about during early pregnancy. We will continue to buy!
