Hydration Hero actually works for me!!! I drink a big glass of water w a packet of this magic and feel excellent and super hydrated. I notice I go pee twice as much! I love the lemon lime flavor, it’s actually super tasty and doesn’t tasty gross, forreal.

Absolutely love the guava
I was a little skeptical because I don’t always like the flavor of guava but dang these are good! I am a breastfeeding mother and drank 1 packet a day while I had them. When I ran out I didn’t resupply immediately and I have been getting headaches and have been low in electrolytes because of how much water I drink. I see how much they help and am defiantly keeping a supply on hand from now on!
